President/CEO

Randy Hardy is the founder and President of GPZ Cabling Inc. With more than 20 years of experience in structured cabling and low voltage systems, Randy started the company in 2021 with a mission to deliver high-quality, honest, and reliable cabling services to businesses throughout Central Florida. A proud family man, he named the company GPZ after his three children — Grant, Preston, and Zachary.

Vice President

Casey James serves as Vice President of GPZ Cabling Inc. As the wife of founder Randy Hardy, she oversees operations, project coordination, and client relations. Casey is committed to ensuring every project is completed with professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

Her leadership and dedication are central to GPZ Cabling’s reputation as a trusted family-owned low voltage contractor in Central Florida.

Sales Development & National Sales

Katie Kunsman is the Sales Development and Account Representative at GPZ Cabling Inc. With extensive experience in sales and client relations, she helps businesses find the right cabling and low voltage solutions across Central Florida. Katie is an active member of the local business community and regularly attends Chamber of Commerce events and networking functions on behalf of GPZ Cabling to build valuable relationships and increase brand awareness in the Orlando and Tampa markets.

Project Manager

Scott Langford serves as Project Manager at GPZ Cabling Inc. With more than 15 years of experience in the low voltage and structured cabling industry, Scott oversees project planning, execution, and delivery for both commercial and residential clients.

His extensive technical expertise and strong leadership skills help ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Company Shareholder

Grant is a shareholder at GPZ Cabling Inc. and the youngest son of founder Randy Hardy. He is actively involved in the family business and is being prepared for a future leadership position within the company.

Grant is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to learning the business. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and basketball, fishing, and gaming on Xbox, particularly Fortnite.

Company Shareholder

Preston is a shareholder at GPZ Cabling Inc. and the middle son of founder Randy Hardy. He is actively involved in the family business and is learning the business. 

Outside of work, Preston enjoys playing soccer and spending time gaming on Xbox, particularly Fortnite.

Company Shareholder

Zachary Hardy is a shareholder at GPZ Cabling Inc. and the oldest son of founder Randy Hardy. He actively participates in job site walk-throughs and client meetings, gaining valuable real-world experience in the structured cabling and low voltage industry.

In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time with family, fishing, going out to eat, and gaming on Xbox.

Milly, Stormy, Maverick & Murphy

Our four-legged security specialists — Milly, Stormy, Maverick, and Murphy — are responsible for keeping the GPZ Cabling office safe from suspicious squirrels, rogue delivery drivers, and the occasional evil vacuum cleaner.

While they may look like they’re just sleeping on the job, rest assured they are actively monitoring the premises with one eye open and one ear perked. Their favorite duties include greeting visitors with maximum enthusiasm and ensuring no one works too hard without mandatory playtime.

 Senior Lead Technician

 Robert Fletcher serves as Senior Lead Technician at GPZ Cabling Inc., bringing more than three decades of hands-on experience in the low-voltage and telecommunications field. His extensive background spans structured cabling, fiber optics, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.

Robert is FASA/BASA certified, OSHA-30 trained, and lift certified, ensuring full compliance with Florida industry standards and safety regulations. His leadership and technical expertise play a key role in maintaining GPZ Cabling’s reputation for quality, reliability, and precision on every project. Robert’s commitment to excellence and mentorship helps drive the continued growth and success of the company’s field operations.

Lead Field Technician

Tomas Gomez is a highly skilled Lead Field Technician with over seven years of experience in low voltage systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure. He holds CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and FASA/BASA certifications, as well as being OSHA, Lift, First Aid, and CPR certified. Tomas brings advanced technical knowledge in both data communications and life safety systems and has a proven track record of delivering reliable, high-quality installations across voice, data, fiber optic, and security systems. His professionalism, safety awareness, and dedication to excellence make him a valued member of the GPZ Cabling Inc. team.

Lead Field Technician

Josh Schwartz is an experienced Lead Field Technician with over 10 years of expertise in structured cabling and low voltage systems. He specializes in Access Control and IP-based Camera Systems, bringing exceptional skill in system design, installation, and troubleshooting. Josh is FASA/BASA, OSHA, Lift, First Aid, and CPR certified, demonstrating his commitment to both technical excellence and job site safety. Known for his strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach to complex projects, Josh consistently delivers high-quality, reliable solutions. His professionalism, leadership, and dedication to quality make him an integral member of the GPZ Cabling Inc. team.

Low Voltage - Field Technician

Saul Hernandez is a skilled Field Technician specializing in low voltage systems and structured cabling installations. He holds FASA/BASA and Lift certifications, demonstrating both technical proficiency and a strong commitment to safety standards. Saul is also bilingual, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members. He brings hands-on experience in data, voice, fiber optic, and security cabling, consistently delivering clean, efficient, and high-quality work. His reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork make him a valued member of the GPZ Cabling Inc. field operations team.

Field Technician

Bryan Stone is a dedicated Field Technician with solid experience in low voltage systems and structured cabling installations. He holds FASA/BASA and First Aid/CPR certifications, reflecting both his technical expertise and commitment to safety on every job site. Bryan plays a key role in the installation and maintenance of voice, data, fiber optic, and security systems, ensuring all work meets GPZ Cabling’s high standards of quality and reliability.
